Redbird Honors Day

Join other high achieving future Redbirds for Redbird Honors Day—an exclusive program for Honors eligible admitted students like you. This is a special event for you to learn about the unique learning opportunities available through the Honors Program. With six ways to experience Honors learning, you’ll be able to customize your education each semester at Illinois State, adding value to your degree.

What happens?

You’ll learn about the Honors Program, hear from campus leaders who work closely with academically talented students, and connect with faculty/staff and students from your academic area.

Redbird Honors Day Agenda
8:00 – 9:00 a.m. – Check-in, Breakfast, Optional Campus Tour or Residence Hall Tour (Honors House)
9:00 – 10:00 a.m. – Main program
10:00 – 11:30 a.m. – Break Out Sessions
11:30 – 12:15 p.m. – Lunch
12:30 – 1:15 p.m. – Academic presentations
1:30 – 2:30 p.m. – Optional Campus Tour or Residence Hall Tour

Redbird Honors Day attendees can stay overnight onsite for $129/night at the Bloomington-Normal Marriott Hotel and Conference Center. Book your room online or contact Sara Shelton, Group Rooms Coordinator at (309) 862-8018.
