Yes, I accept the Community College Transfer Scholarship. The total amount of the award is $4,000, distributed in increments of $1,000 for each fall and spring semester for two years. Furthermore, I understand the following requirements and stipulations: Required

Maintain status as a full-time student (12 credit hours or more per semester) at Illinois State.
Earn a 3.0 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) for the fall semester.
If completion of your Bachelor's Degree occurs in fewer than four semesters, the remaining funds may be used while enrolled in a Master's Degree program at Illinois State.
Distribution of the award begins the fall 2024 semester and terminates after completion of the spring 2026 semester. Awards are not retroactive.
